Water Skiing

 

Bev and I went to Saguaro Lake after school to water ski. I haven't done this in 20 years! Somehow, I managed to not only get up on two different slalom skis, but I was jumping waves just likes old times.

 

S It was really fun, and surprisingly the water wasn't too cold yet.

 

Beverly, on the other hand, was much more skilled than me.

Puzzle Mania

 

Since I like maps, I decided to try this photomosaic puzzle. It's one big picture made out of thousands of tiny little pictures.

 

It would have been easier if there hadn't have been 50 pictures of planes and 30 pictures of ships - they all looked the same! I thought it might be impossible, but with a magnifying glass and some obsessive strategies, I completed it in 5 weeks.

 

I was so worried one of the cats would eat one of the pieces, and I would go through all the trouble to find 1 piece missing.
