Wendy gave Tahoe a big bone, but he was so excited with everything going on that he couldn't settle down and chew it. However, he guarded it all night and barked at Frank when he got too close to it.
I was standing under a tree with some people at the dog park when a man and his yellow lab entered the park. The lab bolted right over to me, lifted his leg, and peed on me. Everyone gasped and backed away in horror. I told the owner what happened, and he said, "Oh, sorry," and walked away, like it was no big deal! What kind of dog pees on a person? Tahoe may be nutty, but at least he knows where to take a leak.
Tahoe and Greta like this towel which is a replacement for the bed Tahoe ate. Today, I brushed Greta and cleaned her fur with "Cat Bath" towelettes. When I was done, she ran over to the towel to redo it the right way.
I took Tahoe to the vet today because his eye was red and looked infected. He easily made friends with everyone there, and all the ladies cooed over him, and told him how handsome he looked, and gave him about twenty treats. He definitely enjoyed himself. He got some ointment for his eye, and all his vaccinations were updated. He now weighs 48 pounds! He has gained 14 pounds since I got him a year ago.
Tahoe has been sick. He threw up orange puke in seven spots including the carpet, couch, rug, and his bed. He managed to totally avoid the tile. I took the cover off his bed, and then he ate it. He must be feeling better.
